This agreement is between LA Speedy (hereinafter “us”, “we”, “LA Speedy”, and “our”) and the Referrer (hereinafter “referrer”, “your”, or “you”). If the referrer is not an individual, then the signatory to this agreement warrants and represents that he/she/they has the authority to fully bind the referrer to this agreement.

By participating in our LA Speedy Customer Referral Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced below.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging in our Customer Referral Program.

Eligibility

1. The LA Speedy Customer Referral Program is open to all existing LA Speedy customers who are 18 years of age or older, except where prohibited by law. To participate in the program you must be a legal resident of a state / territory / country that allows such programs.

Referral Rewards

2. Under the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program, you can earn rewards for referring new customers to LA Speedy. Referral fees will only be allocated to you when the new customer signs up to be an LA Speedy client and completes an order of $750.00 or more for in-stock blanks or $3,000.00 or more for custom production. The referral fee applies to only the 1st order the new customer makes. 

The referral fee amount will be specified at the time of the referral, and is subject to change at any time at the discretion of LA Speedy.

Referral Process

3. Visit our website (laspeedy.com/pages/referral) and let us know who you will be referring to our company.

4. The new customer must mention your name as a referrer before the ordering/production process begins.

Referral Fee Allocation

5. Referral fees will be allocated within 30 days of successful conversion, which is defined as the new customer completing an order of $750.00 or more on in-stock blanks or $3,000.00 or more on custom production. LA Speedy reserves the right to delay or withhold payment of referral fees in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of these terms and conditions. In the event the customer returns or exchanges the order, the referral fee will be considered void.

Restrictions

6. You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts in order to earn additional referral fees. You may not use spam or other illegal means to refer new customers.

7. Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. 

Modification and Termination

8. LA Speedy reserves the right to modify or terminate the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of termination, all unredeemed referral fees will be forfeited.

Disclaimer

9. LA Speedy is not responsible for any errors or omissions in these terms and conditions, or for any damages arising from participation in the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program.

10. Referrer agrees to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless LA Speedy, its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to Referrers’ participation in the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the Program or any Reward)

11. LA Speedy reserves the right to cancel or suspend the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program should LA Speedy determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration, security or fairness of the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program has been compromised in any way.

Privacy

12. Referrers may participate in the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program made available by LA Speedy in order to refer their Friends to LA Speedy as potential new customers. To do this, Referrers must necessarily submit personal information about themselves and their Friends, such as name and e-mail address information, so that LA Speedy can send communications to the Friends on the Referrers’ behalf. Referrers understand that, in addition to the initial communications to Friends, LA Speedy may also use the personal information to send to Friends additional follow-up communications on behalf of the Referrers in order to encourage or remind the Friends to complete a purchase. The personal information may also be used by LA Speedy to contact Referrers with regards to their participation in the LA Speedy Customer Referral Program and to send to Referrers additional communications from LA Speedy.

Governing Law

13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
